I ordered this garcinia cambogia by prolific health to take with my daily workout. I'm hoping to achieve weight loss with them but will need more time and will update later. They arrived in a big bottle. I have noticed a more productive day. Definitely gives you energy. Not bouncing off the wall but a good pick me up with no crashing. The capsules are easy to take and I don't find the taste bad.
