This Pinnacle Insulated Lunchbox is great at keeping foods warm and cold. Please keep in mind, it only measures 5.5 x 3.5 x 5.5 inches and has a 16oz capacity. It serves its purpose well but is not a full size lunchbox. I use it for warm foods that I want to keep warm and them skip it into my regular size lunchbox. It truly is leak proof as I've had some leaky stuff that could leak if it wasn't leak proof and no leaks. The box is made with high quality and is well insulated. Great for smaller portions.
