This scooper works like magic and glides right through frozen ice cream. The scooper is one piece all aluminum so by holding your hand on the handle for one to two minutes, your body heat from your hand will heat the rest. Very cool. The scoop is filled with a special defrosting liquid that conducts heat, and ensures that it can easily cut through the coldest and hardest of ice cream. I'm extremely impressed with this technology abd would definitely recommend as the best scooper yet!
