This made it so easy to get the cookie batter off the mixer beater. At the same time I was able to scrape the sides of the bowl without having to use a separate spatula. I only had to wash the one and not two different spatulas. Wish this had been around many years ago.
I love it. Now when I make the 500 plus cookies that I make every June, it will speed up my time. Added bonus, the red matches my kitchen!
