This Santamedical fingertip pulsox works great. I tried it compared to my aunt's who is a respiratory therapist and they are exactly the same except she paid a lot for hers, lol. It comes with a case and lanyard to carry around for convenience. Be sure to submerge your finger all the way to the back to get correct results. Also, I recommend leaving it on for at least 10 seconds before recording results. This is extremely handy for asthma patients!
