I wasn't expecting much from this cream, though I am intrigued by the stem cells. This cream didn't exacerbate my acne at all. My skin is smooth and soft. It was a bit more oily the first week I used this, but that has gotten better. My skin is actually glowing, which has never happened before. My skin tone is more even as well. I will buy this again! I give it four stars because I'd like to see a larger jar however I'd be willing to pay more but I would just like more in hand. Overall, I definitely recommend.
